This notice covers the LogiDriver website and its business inquiry and driver interest forms. LogiDriver is a project in development led by Cristancho. No carrier affiliation or active hiring program is implied.

What we collect

Business inquiries ask for your name, email, company and a short message. Driver interest asks for your name, email, city or ZIP code and an optional message. We record your consent, a receipt number, submission time and technical abuse-prevention information. Please do not send identity documents, Social Security numbers, licenses, banking details or medical information.

How we use it

We use business inquiries to assess and respond to potential delivery opportunities. We use driver interest details to contact you about relevant future opportunities. Registration does not constitute an employment application, offer or promise of work.

Where forms go

Submissions are stored in a hosted Cloudflare D1 database through the Sites hosting service provided by OpenAI. Authorized LogiDriver project administrators can review them. A successful receipt means the record was stored; it does not mean an email notification was sent. The website has no public directory of submissions.

Messages sent directly to info@logidriver.us are handled through Zoho Mail. Website form records are stored separately in D1; automatic form notifications to Zoho have not been configured.

Security and retention

Forms use HTTPS when hosted, server-side validation, a hidden spam field and rate limits. For rate limiting, the server derives a daily hash from the connection IP address; it does not store the raw IP address in the inquiry record. Hosting providers may process connection information in their own service logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Inquiry records are retained until the project administrator deletes them. Our operational review target is 90 days: we will review whether continued retention serves an ongoing conversation. This target is not an automatic deletion schedule. Short-lived rate-limit records are removed during subsequent form submissions.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

The application does not use advertising pixels, analytics trackers, external fonts or browser storage for form details. The hosting service may use necessary access or security cookies, particularly for private previews. We have not configured marketing analytics or sold inquiry details.

Your choices and contact

Email info@logidriver.us or use the business inquiry form for questions, corrections or a request to delete information. Provide the email address you used and a receipt number if available. We may need to verify a request before acting. Do not include sensitive documents.

Changes

We will update this notice if the site’s data collection, service providers or operating processes change.
